What's on my mind right now:
In the past two days I have read two diaryland posts that told of two separate and fairly young guys dying of sudden and unexpected heart attacks. I am deeply affected by this news - I feel afraid for myself and other men that I know. I need to do some reading.
Serial Killer Lady (SKL) gave me some coupons for Subway (the fast food place) yesterday. I don't really eat at Subway, but I thought it wise to take them. Maybe she'll remember that I was responsive to her kindness when she has me strapped into a hardbacked chair and is about to do me in. She'll make it quick - I'm sure of it.
I may have my first carpool rider starting Monday. This frail-old sounding lady called me up and asked me some questions and we arranged to meet on Saturday. This poor woman rides the MARC train everyday from Martinsburg, WV to Crystal City and doesn't get home until after 7:00 pm. Now her dasterdly employer wants her into work earlier than the MARC train can get her there...bastards! You'll be hearing more about "The Old Lady", I'm sure.
