It's one of those days folks. You know the ones - the ones where I can't stop writing in my dia...whoops..."journal."
It's strange and unexpected, but I feel sort of proud of what I have done here. I often find myself looking back over my past entries and thinking how nice it is that I have been able to express myself in this way. I've mentioned before that writing in my "journal" helps provide a sort of rhythm to my day and I believe that is true now more than ever.
And this will be like...my 85th entry or something. I have only been writing here since December. I wish I could get this motivated toward all of my writing projects!
I even have some readers, which is REALLY strange. I mean, there are the few who added me after I kept pestering them, because I have SO enjoyed their writing. Recently though, I have been contacted by new readers - ones that found me. I'm always surprised and delighted to find those Diaryland notes in my e-mail box saying, "Hey...you have a note from someone you've never had contact with." It's Christmasy.
So...thanks. Thanks Diaryland for providing this venue for me to "vomit" onto daily. Thanks chicky-legs, blondinside, Littlelloyd, Mr. Eieio, TMB, Madame...thanks for sharing your lives with the rest of us and for the value of our contact. And thank you to the rest of you who have stopped by and said hello.
What does the future hold? I can't wait.
