I know that I have already posted twice today, but I have to add this third and final post to round out the numbers, because this is my:
100TH ENTRY!!!
Yeah, I can’t believe it either! My centennial, as it were.
Three months ago I stumbled upon Diaryland by chance. I was not looking for it, nor was I planning to keep an on-line “journal”, but there it was, so I started writing and writing and writing…
…until I got here – the three digit mark.
And what a blast this has been. I have greatly enjoyed writing and reading other peoples diaries too. Some of my fondest memories (dreamy hand motions) have been the ones of interaction that I’ve had with other diary-ers – though I have been making a concerted effort to keep my notes to a minimum lately.
Have you ever gone back and read older entries and compared them to newer ones? I have and I’ve noticed quite a change in my writing. I started of kind of clunky, but as I built momentum the quality of writing and content seems to have improved. I could be wrong, but it seems that way. Actually, this entry reminds me of my first entry – pointless. None-the-less, I’m happy at 100.
And in only three months! I wonder what will happen in the next three months. Will I hit 200? I wonder who holds the current record for most entries.
